Marist Brothers - Pinot Noir 2014
CHERRY - RASPBERRY - EARTHY - SILKY
Pinot Noir is one of the most Noble of grape varieties and is well suited to the cool climate of the Southern Highlands. Four weeks of perfect weather prior to harvest ensured this year’s Pinot would be dominated by fruit! A bouquet of raspberries and strawberries, firm tannins from extended skin contact and maturation in our new French Oak Hoggs Heads, this wine has body. Easily the pick of the reds for the wine connoisseur and well priced for a Pinot Noir, this wine is certainly worth considering. With excellent depth and body, this wine will benefit from careful cellaring for a further 7-10 years.
13.8% alc./vol. - Drink now or cellar 7-10 years
