Diamond Creek Estate Vineyard is uniquely situated on the northern slopes of the Southern Highlands, some 120 kms south from Sydney at an altitude of 680 metres which is ideal to produce premium quality cool climate wines.
The 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep red with purple hues in colour. The aroma shows intense ripe berry fruit flavours with a hint of chocolate mint on the nose. The palate is full flavoured with soft lingering tannins and medium to full body. Barrell aged for 20 months.
Perfectly matched to red meats and herb crusted rack of lamb.
