The palate is light-medium bodied, with an enticing cherry acid lift leading into a long and delicate finish.
Partial wild fermentation using indigenous grape yeast and maturation in new and seasoned French oak has added texture and complexity to this soft, silky and very easy drinking wine.
Minimal filtration may result in a small deposit with time.
Great with hors d’oeuvres and fantastic with Asian inspired dishes of chicken or duck.
