Bronte Walk - pack of 5x greeting cards
The Bondi to Bronte walk is one of the most beautiful coastal walks in Australia as it winds around the rugged coastline past multi million dollar houses, beaches and rock shelves. The variety of people walking is amazing from lycra clad yummy mummies to powerwalking phalanxes of retirees, models and dogwalkers. In this photo you can see the iconic picnic huts on the hill above Bronte beach which have been there for over 100 years. Luckilly the council repairs and replaces them in the same scale and style every few years. On this day a small amount of sea mist adds to the atmosphere as some walkers approach.
These cards come as a pack of five for $25 ($5 per card). They are shipped with five matching envelopes.
They are also available in packs of ten for $45 ($4.10 per card) or a boxed set containing all eleven available cards.
These greeting cards are similar to the posters available on the site in that they are reproductions of some of Hamish’s most recognisable and arresting street photographs.
Hamish’s work is featured in collections around the world, he also exhibits these images in galleries nationally. Recent shows have included work at the National Portrait Gallery and the Australian Centre for Photography.
The cards (and posters) are printed in an offset process which is the same used to produce high-end art books and magazines. The paper is an uncoated slightly matte stock, which is made of 70% recycled fibres, the inks used are vegetable based. The paper-weight is 190gsm.
The (folded) card size is 105mm wide and 140mm high and comes with a standard C4 envelope.
The interior is blank. They are available in packs of five.
